Happy new year to you all! Hope that the festive season was a restful one.
Just a quick note to say that the first meeting of 2011 will take place next Wednesday (12th January) at the usual time,7.30 at the Plough and Harrow - hope you can make it. The theme is "Music Transcends Barriers" and our programme presenter is Lyn Hayles. We'll be in touch with those people scheduled to speak in the very near future.
On another note, we have our next programme planning meeting on Monday at 7.30, again at the Plough and Harrow. We will once again be compiling the next quarter's programme using the ideas from club members produced as a result of the workshop last summer. If you would like to suggest more ideas then please do drop me a line - have a think about any of the below:
- Themes for meetings
- Skills / subjects for workshops
Whilst we have no shortage of speakers, we are always on the look-out for workshop presenters so if you have an idea for a workshop you would like to run, please do get in touch.
