Timekeeper – Volunteers Required

The evening should both enjoyable and interesting for all, however, there are a few arrangements that need finalising before the event. Please may I request that speakers and work shop hosts send their introductions to me, for which I have duly enclosed the necessary forms. The penalty for non-compliance will be that I have to fabricate an amusing rendition for everyone’s entertainment! :-) Please may I also request that work evaluators send a confirmation that they will be attending that night. I have also enclosed a combined evaluation form to assist in the preparations of the speakers, hosts and evaluators. Finally, the original scheduled time keeper may not be available that night so any additional volunteers would be most welcomed. Lyn has offered, being scheduled for an Evaluator may ask for additional volunteers? I look forward to seeing you all there.
