13 October 2010 BISC Wednesday Meeting Theme : Bankers - heroes or Villains?‏

It seems ages since the last BISC meeting but looking forward to seeing you next Wednesday for an evening where our speakers will "attack" the theme of "Bankers - heroes or villains". What a great topic given the current debate and speculation in and around government.

In the second half, in response to feedback from club members at the recent programme ideas workshop we held, there will be the return of one of our impromtu speaking sessions. Speaking "off the cuff" can be seen as one of the most daunting elements of public speaking. The workshop will be a fun introduction to anybody new to impromptu speaking and a welcome return of a tried and tested session for the more seasoned members of the group.

We'll also fit a quick update of the current state of the club in terms of Anglia Council events and the correspondance from Powertalk international.
