Dear all
It was lovely to see so many members (and a few guests too!) at our late summer barbecue held at the Thistle Hotel in Birmingham on Wednesday evening.
Many thanks go to Lyn for masterminding the event and to Helen for running the post-food quiz and charades - something she pointed out to me a while ago we have never done at BISC.
The new season's programme begins in earnest on 22nd September when our theme for the evening will be "Qualifications / passing exams". Followings speeches in the first half, Lorna Sheldon will be delieringa workshop on the accreditation programme after the break.
